You see, Gameforge is a part of an annual award ceremony called the AppArtAward.
Wait, what's this Apart-y-ward? After a successful launch last year of AppArtAward goes into the second round. The ZKM | Center for Art and Media Karlsruhe and its partners are looking for the best works of art in 2012 in the App-format, which are characterized as advanced artistic applications. Besides aesthetic aspects is the integration and creative use of technology in focus.

As part of the award ceremony on 13th July 2012, a prestigious international jury awards generous prizes in three categories.

Can I submit an app? Entries for the IOS operating system, Android, and Windows Phone are accepted. The submitted application must be able to run on:

You can submit apps already published and unpublished apps.

I have checked the website at the end of the post and am ready to submit! Where do I go? You're ready to visit the application page, here.

Here's the official Gameforge announcement!

Gameforge is sponsoring the AppArtAward in the Game Art category of the ZKM | Centre for Art and Media Technology (Zentrum für Kunst und Medientechnologie) Karlsruhe.
